Colter came out to check my water, change the filter, and check on my water softener. He did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. He checked for leaks after installing the new filters, showed me how to break up the salt clumps in the softener, and how and when to add more salt. He also went above and beyond by checking my outside bib’s pressure. Great service.
