      The guy is charming. Rob Doty gave me some bad news about my soft water system. The hose had been cut a while back when my roof was replaced. Even though he gave me news that was going to cost more than I expected for today's visit, somehow I didn't mind paying for the service. Rob explained exactly what the Superior Water Treatment team will do next week, and I feel confident that my water will sparkle again after all of that.
