How do you know if your water heater is going bad?

April 2024 Rob Doty came and did maintenance checkup on my... unit today. He is always friendly, funny and thorough. He explains everything so well. I have confidence that when he says my machine is in good shape, it is in good shape.Updated from Jan 2024. Brian came to look at our water softener today. He is so thorough and explains things so well. He helped me understand some things I can do to make my softener work at its best. He took his time and made sure I understood everything.
